Graduate Management Training Scheme (Finance)

This scheme offers a real opportunity to shape services, find efficiencies and develop new ways of working that are better for the NHS and therefore benefit us all.  Graduate trainees will experience what it is like to work in strategic and operational finance as well as financial and management accounting. They will be provided with an opportunity to become a fully qualified accountant with CIPFA.

Duration: 2 years 6 months

Entry: 2:2 degree and above, any subject

Location: Various across England

Salary: £27,701 + benefits

HFMA NHS Financial Management Training Schemes

These schemes are looking for influential individuals who want a career in finance, delivering deeper value for money in an ever changing organisation.  Trainees will be placed within the finance functions across organisations within their allocated integrated care system and will gain experience in a broad range of finance including, financial services, financial management, financial accounting, financial planning and audit.  Trainees on this scheme will have the opportunity to become a fully qualified accountant with ACCA.

Duration: 3 years

Entry: 2.2 degree or equivalent qualification eg. AAT/NVQ with three years relevant work experience.

Location: South East, South West and Midlands

Salary: £27,701 rising to a minimum of £31,963 + benefits
